Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all mōmi tags attached, ensuring the garment is free from any signs of wear or makeup marks.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier; you will receive a confirmation email once our studio has inspected the items and processed your refund.
